I hope you’re doing well.
I’m currently collecting competitive bids for a residential build and wanted to see if you would be interested in providing a quote. I own a lot outright in Columbus, Indiana, where the home will be constructed. This will be a cost-controlled project.
I’m primarily looking to use builder-grade materials, with a few limited exceptions.
The home will be approximately 3,800 sq ft of livable area, along with an unfinished basement and an unfinished 3-car garage.

• Whether you service the Columbus, Indiana area
• Your current timeline and availability
• Your average cost per square foot for a project of this type

Good afternoon, We need all our floors redone,Kitchen remodeled, 2 bathrooms remodeled from the sub floor up. Two Bed rooms remodeled, One bedroom closet door redone, wall and closet built in a room. Electrical work, lights, sockets etc. This is brief overview.
